 Where do we deliver?

We deliver our products everywhere in the world. Your parcel will be delivered by
DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we
request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code if available.

Also please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will
be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one
answers the door bell. 

There are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our
logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Who will be responsible for Customs tax or clearance or any other taxes if any?

It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to pay custom duty, clearance fees or any other charges (if any) is applied in their country. We will not be held responsible for any such taxes/ charges, but we may help you to get proper
solution at easiest way. However, taxes need to be paid by the importer. 

Can I change the order after placing the order?

We can try to make the change in the order but it is not a guaranteed service. We
cannot assure you that change made after placing the order will be done.

Avoid water, perfume and sweat. Also when not is use, keep the jewelry in
airtight packet.
